(1) Price Guarantee Commitment
When the price of raw materials changes and it is necessary to increase the customer’s price, our company guarantees to notify the customer 15 days before the price adjustment and protect the customer’s interests within the validity period of the quotation. There is no time limit for the customer’s price, and it can be reduced at any time.
(2) Supply Commitment
To ensure a stable acquisition of customer orders during the procurement process and continuous supply of required goods, we have signed supply contracts with the suppliers of commonly used materials and materials with specific material numbers. When the supplier’s materials run out or the production of related materials stops, they must notify our company three months in advance and ensure that they can meet our company’s unlimited demand within three months (unless there is an unforeseen circumstance).
(3) Delivery Time Commitment
Our company promises to deliver the goods on time, but if there are special circumstances (such as being unable to deliver on time due to unforeseen factors), it is excluded. If there are special requirements for early delivery, our company will organize production and packaging based on specific circumstances and strive to meet the customer’s needs.
(4) After-sales Service Commitment
When the customer receives our products and if the quality of the products fails to meet the customer’s requirements, we will be responsible for replenishing, replacing or returning the delivered contents. However, this does not include any incidental liability or third-party liability caused by the customer’s lax inspection of the incoming materials.
